Lake Chaparral | Elopement Wedding

We absolutely love Andrea and Joe’s wedding story. They have been together for over fourteen years and decided to make it official when they came to Canada to visit Andrea’s parents this June. Their intimate wedding was held in Andrea’s parents house, with just the two of them, the Justice of the Peace, Bruce Adlington, the cutest Springer Spaniel and her parents as the witnesses – (ohhh and us!) 

Their simple ceremony was beautiful as they made really nice promises to each other and then toasted with some champagne. We took them outside to Andrea’s mom’s beautiful garden and Lake Chaparral for some photos. It was a chilly June day but that didn’t seem to bother Andrea and Joe, they were just happy to be married.

We think Joe may have received his favourite wedding gift on Sunday when England won the Cricket World Cup!

Thank you so much to Andrea and Joe for inviting us into your intimate wedding, we loved being around you and your family and your Charley Chaplin impression was on-point! We hope you have a beautiful married life in the UK and we get to visit you some time in the future!
