The Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge

We don’t even think there are enough words to explain how beautiful this wedding was! It seemed to be the perfect combination of amazing scenery and awesome people. We loved every minute of Brandon and Rebecca’s wedding day, and will forever be one of my favourites days to have the honour of capturing.

Brandon and Rebecca are new to Alberta and wanted a small intimate ceremony with their friends and family. Their wedding day took place at The Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, which worked out to be the perfect setting with stunning mountain views and their closest friends and family surrounding them.

The Pomeroy Mariott is a one-of-a-kind venue in that it is nestled in the heart of the Kananaskis Valley. As a wedding venue they can offer a wide variety of options for outdoor ceremonies with mountains views. We also love that because they are a hotel, they also offer a back up option for your wedding ceremony if the weather takes a turn for the worse.

The weather couldn’t have worked out better for Brandon and Rebecca, holding off the storm until after their ceremony and family photographs - phew!
