The Hangar Flight Museum | Wedding Photography
Amanda and Brett fit so nicely together; they met just about a decade ago and we got to photograph their engagement session and then their wedding this past August. Since they have known each other for so long all they wanted was to have fun and celebrate in the best fashion with their friends and family – count us in!
Food was so loved by these two so we made sure to incorporate so many fun eateries in East Village. After their ceremony at Fort Calgary we hit up a food truck for empanadas in the pop-up market at East Village Junction. We then took in some local art from Michelle Hoogveld on our way to Village Ice Cream (the bridal party really rocked their ice cream faces for this one). We also stopped in at Reader Rock Gardens and then warmed up with a quick coffee break at Phil and Sebastian.
Their reception was held at The Hangar Flight Museum. We researched it a few years ago and thought it was a really neat spot for a wedding, so when Amanda told us that was their location we were really pumped! The night of Amanda and Brett’s wedding was filled with with tears of joy and big laughs followed by getting the Hangar Museum bumping with some really epic dance moves!
We had such a blast working with Amanda and Brett, they truly fit together so nicely and we couldn’t be happier for these two and the next chapter of their lives together. We can’t thank them enough for including us in their wedding day! Here is a little peek into their awesome wedding…
