Kananaskis Engagement Photos

Stacy & Devin, Epic Light and Marshmallow Roasting

We are driving along the Trans-Canada on my way to meet Stacy & Devin for their engagement session at Mount Lorette Ponds in Kananaskis and watching as the storm clouds break up and the sun start to pour through. Perfect, beautiful beams of light, the Rocky Mountains.

We pull over and call them to find out where they are and it turns out they are looking at the sky and thinking the same thing! Couples like Stacy and Devin are exactly why we love what we do! They had no problem stopping and starting the session right then and there to take advantage of this amazing light before heading on to Kananaskis for the rest of their engagement photos!

We had so much fun together, and we even got to roast some marshmallows over a fire pit at the end! We are looking forward to having more fun with them at their upcoming wedding next fall!
