Riley Park Calgary Engagement Photography

This engagement session was a special one for us since Adele got to reconnect with a friend from high school. We met these two and their adorable puppy Lily at Riley Park for spring engagement photos with an urban feel.

Lily was described as the “most photogenic dog,” and we couldn’t agree more! She’s like a big fluffy teddy bear that makes us (especially Adele) grit our teeth with excitement. It was so fun hanging out with all of them, we got to enjoy the sunset over the Calgary skyline with them at McHugh Bluff in Crescent Heights and ice cream at Made By Marcus. This was the first time we had tried Made by Marcus and we can say the line up is worth the wait! We felt like cooler, more complete Calgarians for having finally got their awesome ice cream.

It was so much fun spending the evening with these two, photographing and just chatting. They’re both a blast to be around. They love to go on adventures together and we loved listening to their stories about travelling, the winery they love and the lengths they will go for really good ice cream. Generosity and love exude from them both! We are very excited for their wedding next year, we just know it’s going to be an unforgettable, unbelievable, unstoppable day!
