Fort Calgary Fall Wedding

Stacy and Devin wanted to have their wedding to feel just right for them and they found that with an intimate setting in Fort Calgary surrounded by all of their closest friends and family. They wanted to save their first look for when the saw each other walking down the aisle, so they got ready at two separate locations and had two totally different feels. Stacy and her bridesmaids had a relaxing morning, taking their time getting ready, where as Devin was ready in a jiffy and even got a little Super Smash Bros. time!

We stayed the rest of the day at Fort Calgary, where Stacy and Devin had their ceremony and reception.  We used all the different parts of Fort Calgary having fun outside and inside for photos. We are not sure if Devin knows this but his laugh is our all-time favourite laugh, it’s loud, real, involves his whole body and makes us laugh too.  We got to hear it plenty of times during the day from joking with Stacy to speeches and when they played cards against humanity at night!

Stacy and Devin have been together for ten years, we can tell by how well they work as a team that they are soulmates. We know they will support and love and even loudly laugh for the rest of their lives, we could see that from spending time with them during their engagement session and wedding day and we couldn’t be happier for them.  Thank you so much to Stacy and Devin for sharing your beautiful day with us, we are so excited to have a little peek into your day on the blog!
