Barrier Lake Kananaskis Engagement Session

Barrier Lake located in Kananaskis is so beautiful, we were just waiting for the perfect couple to come along to use this location. So when Gillian and Simon showed interest in a mountain engagement session, we had the perfect spot in mind!

The evening was everything we could have imaged and more. Gillian and Simon complement each other in such a way that makes you want to hang out with them all the time! We chatted mostly about Pixar movies on the way out and then climbed hills and wandered into the pokey bushes and aspen trees. All to chase the evening light and embrace the beauty of Kananaskis.

We have a feeling their wedding day will go down just like their engagement session – a day we are overjoyed to be a part of. Here’s a little peek into our session…
