Snow Valley Ski Resort Wedding

This wedding season finally we got back to larger events as our wedding season got into full swing for the first time in two years. A highlight from the summer was taking a little road trip to Edmonton for Nadine and Nick’s wedding at Snow Valley Ski Resort.

This was our first time photographing in the Rainbow Valley area. The Snow Valley Ski lodge is such a wonderful venue, it can accommodate outdoor ceremonies and has such a warm, cozy ski lodge vibe for the reception and easy access to the forested Rainbow Valley Pathway.

We met Nadine at her childhood home for getting ready and her friends and family were so welcoming right away. It’s really special to be invited into an intimate setting and get to see all the different connections that bring people together. We love a big Italian family and Nick’s brought us in with open arms. His grandmother had the quickest comeback’s that were the best kind of funny, sweet and a little sassy!

Celebrating Nadine and Nick was a lot of fun for us, they were just having a great time taking pictures with their bridal party or making each other laugh during their portraits. You can really tell they are loved by their friends and family and that was really fun for us to be a part of as their wedding photographers!
