At the very start of Sarah and Derek’s wedding day, Sarah said something that really rung true all day long. She said, “ I’m not going to let anything stress me out, because I’m getting married today!”

Of course, like any wedding day, there are always a few hiccups like the mini-storm that came through Calgary during the family photographs. But as we waited for the rain to stop we poked our heads into the limo, and saw Sarah and Derek were laughing and enjoying the company of each other and their bridal party. That is when it was very clear that nothing could possibly ruin a day where you marry your best friend. Their wedding reception took place at the Delta Hotel downtown Calgary where friends and family cheered these two on with speeches, and first dances.

We know Sarah and Derek will continue to make each other laugh and bring happiness to their marriage. We can’t thank them enough for choosing us to be their wedding photographers we had the absolute best time photographing!
