Charbar Restaurant Wedding
When we think about Claire and Dan's Wedding day so many great scene's come to mind. Claire's Dad, Cliff, in a blue plaid robe looking for a place to get ready in his house that wasn't already occupied by bridesmaids. Dan's daughter, Ava, helping him to put on his cufflinks. Claire's maid-of-honour, Janessa, inducing tears of laughter with stories of her and Claire's adventures in Vegas.
But we feel like one period of only a few minutes during the ceremony summed up the day perfectly for us. It was when Claire and Dan had a game of rock, paper, scissors to decide who would say their vows first. This perfectly encapsulated the day for us. Everyone was laughing and you could feel the closeness and familiarity of everyone at this intimate wedding. There was an air of fun and it was immediately followed by Claire and Dan's vows that showed just how important this wedding was to them.
Their wedding day and engagement session was such a fun day for us and another exclamation point on an amazing season as Calgary Wedding Photographers.
